Facadists was established in late 2020 with the purpose of offering industry leading consulting services focused on the complete building envelope. Facadists offer strategic technical advice through continuous communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.  Our expertise covers the entire building enclosure including but not limited to the following primary systems – Waterproofing, Walls, Fenestration and Roofing.

Kevin is the founder and principal of Facadists.  He has over 25 years of experience related to envelope and enclosure design, inspection and investigation.  He previously worked for Socotec US (formerly Vidaris/IBA) as the director of west coast operations and as a technical enclosure leader at CO Architects.  He has spoken nationally and internationally on a wide range of topics related to the building of architecture. He has taught at The Cooper Union and USC School of Architecture.  Kevin is professionally licensed in the states of California and New York and received his Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union School of Architecture.
